I took a chance with my son's 3 month old Nike shoes. He stepped over the back of the shoe without wearing it properly bcuz he was lazy to wear it properly, and the back of the shoe broke bcuz he put his weight on it without putting his foot all the way in. I was very upset as the shoe was expensive and only 3 months old . But I called this number n they assured me they wil fix it. And they fixed it beautifully. Like before. It seemed impossible to fix a nike shoe with that damage. I highly recommend them for repair jobs that seem impossible. U can't tell now that the shoe was seeming to b damaged beyond repair
